The pool area was super clean, and it felt very relaxed lounging by the water. I loved the themed restaurant options, especially the Japanese and Italian spots. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and shops. The entertainment at night was also top-notch, definitely worth checking out!

short walk to both the beach and a lively shopping center. The hotel staff was friendly, and we even received a lovely birthday surprise for my husband. However, the room could have benefited from better sound insulation.

I truly enjoyed my week-long stay. The evening meals in the restaurant were diverse and satisfying, while the friendly staff went above and beyond to enhance our experience. The only issue was the inconsistent quality of the breakfast, which could use improvement. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a relaxing vacation with family.

The H10 Conquistador offers outstanding facilities for business travelers, including well-equipped meeting rooms with sea views that provide a refreshing atmosphere for work. The room I stayed in was comfortable, with efficient air conditioning and a pleasant pool view. The staff were attentive, efficiently assisting me with any requests and helping to set up my presentation, which greatly facilitated my work needs.

Despite the positives, the food options were quite limited and repetitive.

One thing to note is that the lifts can be a bit slow during peak times, but it didn’t ruin our experience at all. 🌟

During our stay, we faced numerous challenges with restaurant bookings, which required reservations at least three days in advance. Additionally, the entertainment was underwhelming, lacking diversity and engagement for more than half of our stay.

The variety of dining options was impressive, especially the made-to-order crepes and omelets! ! The pool area was relaxing and beautifully designed. I also enjoyed the vibrant night entertainment, particularly the flamenco show, which was a delightful experience.

We had a fantastic stay for 7 nights in a Twin Room. The pool area was immaculate and a perfect spot for relaxation. I loved the themed restaurant options, especially the Italian and Japanese cuisines, which added great flavor to our dining experiences. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and local shops. However, I felt that the overall variety in the buffet could be improved to keep things exciting.

It was just a great fit for a short interlude in Playa de las Americas with great value-to-price ratio. The reception staff finally moved us from a noisy room after persistent complaints. Bring your own snacks if you want something outside the dining options.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel with our family, and my parents loved the entertainment options, especially the live music and shows. The food at the buffet was a delight, with so many choices for everyone to enjoy. The seaside views added to the whole experience.

My kids wished for a more flexible food policy at the poolside tables. It would be great if snacks could be enjoyed in those areas without restrictions.

However, the cleanliness of my initial room was disappointing, and communication regarding hotel rules felt inadequate. It was frustrating to have to ask for a late checkout without confirmation until the morning of departure.
